APM Epicol 284281 is a flexible Epoxy Adhesive. The product is available as two component set or as frozen one component adhesive. Epicol 284281 may be used for low stress bonds where high shear and peel strengths is needed. Plastics, metal or glass material, typically in the field of optical instruments, many customers know this adhesive as "grey lens glue" or gray prism adhesive, can be bonded. The bonding line is typically 0.15 mm thick, however due to the thixotropic behaviour it can be varied from 0.05 to 1.0 mm, depending on the dimension of the joined parts, specified temperature range of product and difference in coefficient of thermal expansion. Epicol 284281 is often used to glue glass or plastic windows in metal or plastic frames as well as adhesive and/or potting material in electronics equipment or sensors. APM Epicol 230004 is a viscous epoxy adhesive which cures at room temperature The adhesive is available as a 2-component adhesive or as premixed frozen adhesive (PMF). APM Epicol 305795 is a viscous epoxy adhesive. The adhesive is available as a 2-component adhesive or as a deep-frozen 1-component adhesive. The typical applications for Epicol 305795 are in equipment assembly and precision optics for metal or glass bonds which must feature position stability. It is known by some customers as "Kreiskleber" (circle adhesive) or prism adhesive. A thin glue line of 0.25 mm is typical. It can be varied from 0.03 to 0.6 mm due to its thixotropic properties depending on the dimensions of the parts to be bonded, the temperature range and the difference in thermal expansion. Epicol 305795 is often used to adhere plastic or glass displays and as an adhesive and/or potting compound for electronic devices or sensors. The adhesive generally produces excellent results for bonding a wide variety of materials, such as glass, ceramics, metals, wood, concrete, rubber and most plastics.

APM Epicol 11 is a fast curing viscous epoxy adhesive. This universal adhesive is a two-component adhesive dosed from the double cartridge by a static mixing tube. The advantages are that the adhesive is easy to use and it cures fast at room temperature. The viscous reactive adhesive can be applied both as a thin glue line of over 0.05 mm or as a potting compound of up to several millimetres of layer thickness. This is practical for repair work and making prototypes when reinforcing materials can be bonded over the fracture point. Epicol 11 is used to glue plastic to glass, metal or plastic in devices and sensors. The adhesive produces generally excellent mechanical properties and resistances for bonding a wide range of materials, such as glass, ceramics, metals, wood, concrete, rubber and most plastics.

Unoflex Light is a extremly light weight and highly flexible MS-Polymer Adhesive/Sealant with long therm flexible properties. The high performance sealant is solvent free, silicone-oil free and weather resistant. Unoflex Light requires no mixing procedure and cures fast at room temperature. Typically bonding line is from 0.2 – 0.8 mm thick, the gap can also be higher, the product has non flowable properties. The thickness of the bonding line depends more on the size of the parts and the specified temperature range. It can be used to seal plastic parts or glass displays in optical instruments or housings for electronics. Unoflex light can also be used to form sealing beads on the parts and will cure with a dry surface. The sealant bead has a good adhesion on various materials like glass, ceramics, plastics and metals.

APM Epsilon 2103 is a very low viscosity, flexible epoxy adhesive with excellent capillary tendency. The adhesive is available as a 2-component adhesive or as a deep-frozen 1-component adhesive. APM Epsilon 2103 is generally used in the watch-making industry to make age-resistant bonds for clock glasses and crystals or in the optics industry to bond optical glasses. APM Epsilon 2103 is highly resistant to yellowing, even if exposed for extended periods to UV light. Typically, adhesive bonds of very few micronmeters can be used as well as adhesive bonds up to 0.2 mm due to the low setting shrinkage of the adhesive. The adhesive generally produces excellent results for bonding a wide variety of materials, such as glass, ceramics, metals, wood, concrete, rubber and most plastics.

APM Epicol 84S is a universally applicable, silver-filled, electrically conductive epoxy adhesive. Electrical and thermal conductivity is produced by particles containing silver. Epicol 84S is used when silver is required due to its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity properties but when curing cannot take place at temperatures over 100°C due to temperature-sensitive substrates. The 1-component adhesive can be easily dispensed from the cartridge using dosing needles with a diameter of > 0.25 mm. Store the adhesive deep frozen. In this state it is very stable. The adhesive easily bonds a wide variety of metals and is therefore suitable for many applications.

Typisch ist eine dünne Klebefuge von 0.10 mm, diese kann aber aufgrund der thixotropen Eigenschaften von 0.05 bis 0.3 mm variiert werden, je nach Dimension der zu verklebenden Teile, dem Temperatureinsatzbereich und der Differenz in der thermischen Ausdehnung. Epicol 412097 bildet auf der Optik auch in nächster Nähe oder abgedichteten Geräten nie Beschlag und ist deshalb als flexibler Klebstoff für optische Baugruppen geeignet.

APM Epicol 237399 ist ein bei Raumtemperatur aushärtender, hochfester Epoxidklebstoff. Der Klebstoff ist als Zweikomponentenklebstoff oder als tiefgefrorener 1K-Klebstoff verfügbar. APM Epicol 237399 wird als Konstruktionsklebstoff verwendet und er hat eine hervorragende Haftung auf Metallen. Typisch ist eine dünne Klebfuge von unter 0.10 mm, diese kann aber vergrössert werden, je nach Dimension der zu verklebenden Teile, dem Temperatureinsatzbereich und der Differenz in der thermischen Ausdehnung. Aufgrund der guten Zugscherfestigkeit gut zum alterungs-beständigen Verkleben von Keramik oder Metallen geeignet. Je nach Luftfeuchtigkeit während der Aushärtung, bleibt die Oberfläche des Klebstoffes etwas klebrig. Eine Trockene Oberfläche kann bei Aushärtung bei tiefer Luftfeuchtigkeit oder im Ofen bei erhöhter Temperatur erreicht werden.

APM Epicol 348990 ist ein sehr dünnflüssiger, transparenter Epoxidklebstoff mit ausgezeichneter Kapillarneigung. Der Klebstoff härtet bei Raumtemperatur vollständig aus und ist als 2K-Klebstoff oder als tiefgefrorener 1K-Klebstoff verfügbar. APM Epicol 348990 wird typischerweise in der Uhrenindustrie zum alterungsbeständigen Einkleben von Uhrgläsern und Kristallen oder im optischen Bereich zur Verkittung von optischen Gläsern verwendet. APM Epicol 348990 hat einen Brechwert ähnlich wie Floatglas und eignet sich deshalb für transparente Verklebungen. Typisch sind Klebfugen von wenigen Mikrometern, diese können aber aufgrund des geringen Abbindeschrumpfes des Klebstoffes auch bis 0.2 mm dick sein. Der Klebstoff haftet ausgezeichnet auf den unterschiedlichsten Materialien wie Glas, Keramik, Metall, Holz sowie den meisten Kunststoffen.

Unoflex 100214 ist ein lexibler, extrem gut haftender MS–Polymer Kleb-/Dichtstoff mit dauerelastischen Eigenschaften. Der Dichtstoff ist lösungsmittelfrei und extrem witterungsbeständig. Unoflex 100214 wird typischerweise für das Einkleben von Displays in Geräte oder zur Abdichtung von Abdeckungen verwendet. Typisch ist eine Klebfuge von 0.2 – 0.8 mm, diese kann aber aufgrund der standfesten Eigenschaften auf mehrere mm erweitert werden. Die Klebefuge wird je nach Grösse der zu dichtenden Teile, des Temperatureinsatzbereich und der Differenz in der thermischen Ausdehnung gewählt. Unoflex 100214 wird oft zum Abdichten von Kunststoffteilen oder Glasdisplays im Maschinenbau oder elektronischen Geräten verwendet. Der Dichtstoff ergibt ausgezeichnete Resultate bei der Abdichtung von unterschiedlichsten Materialien wie Glas, Keramik, Kunststoff und Metallen.
